HOW IT WORKS

AFTER YOU HAD A CHANCE TO PREVIEW THE PROPERTIES AVAILABLE & FOUND ONE YOU LIKE:

1) Secure the property by clicking the "Reserve Now" button and pay a small Down Payment Fee. 

2) I will compile the needed paperwork to be signed and notarized.  

3) Once full payment is received, you will receive the deed & instructions on how to register it with the county.

NO REALTORS ARE REQUIRED.
